From everyone at Hereford Regional Medical Center, we send our condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Dr. Jesse Perales who recently passed away.

Before relocating to Borger, Dr. Perales practiced for many years at Hereford Regional Medical Center and was integral to making HRMC the excellent health care system it is today.

“Dr. Perales meant so much to this community,” said Deaf Smith County Hospital District interim CEO Candice Smith, MSN, RHCNOC, CCRN. “He advanced our mission of delivering health care excellence through his devotion to the people of Deaf Smith County and the great care he provided every single one of his patients.”

Dr. Perales’ funeral mass will be held at St. John Catholic Church in Borger on Saturday, September 23 at 10:00 a.m.
