Paying your bill
We appreciate your trust in Hereford Medical Center. Below, we have provided important information regarding any patient balance statements you may receive. The link and QR code below will grant you access to the following three options:
1. You can visit our website and enter your payment code to make a payment.
2. We offer patient payment plans at Hereford Medical Center. To check if your balance qualifies, please access the link below and enter your payment code.
3. In our efforts to reduce paper usage, we offer the option to opt in for eStatements. To make this change, please use the link below, enter your payment code, and select the eStatement option.
NOTE: Payment codes, which are required to access your specific balance information, can be found on your statement.
If you incur patient responsible balances, please be advised that you may also receive text messages, email notifications and phone calls in addition to the billing statement. If you have any questions regarding the above options for payment of your balance, please call (877) 269-0724.
Billing and charges are managed through a third-party partner. Our online payment system allows you to pay amounts due for services rendered, and you can set up payment plans as well.
