On National Rural Health Day, we take a moment to celebrate our rural home and give thanks for the opportunity to be your hospital.

From doing more to offer specialty care close to home to recruiting new physicians, we’re doing everything possible to make sure every Deaf Smith County resident has the care they need close to home.

With almost 60 percent of rural hospitals in Texas no longer providing labor and delivery services, this Rural Health Day, we are particularly grateful for our ability to offer prenatal care and labor and delivery services in our community.

  • Recognized by the state as a Level I Maternal Care Facility.

  • Recognized by the state as a Level I Neonatal Care Facility.

  • Four physicians and almost 30 nurses on our labor and delivery team.

  • Advanced surgical suites for C-sections when needed.
