Treatments Available
These injections target pain in your spine. Using real-time X-ray (fluoroscopy), the doctor guides the needle exactly where it’s needed to reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
RFA uses heat to “turn off” pain signals from specific nerves. It’s often used for long-term relief from neck, back, or joint pain.
These are small injections near the nerves that send pain signals from your spine’s facet joints. If this block works, it helps confirm the source of pain and may lead to a longer-lasting treatment like RFA.
These injections numb specific nerves to reduce pain and can also help figure out exactly where the pain is coming from.
Used for muscle pain, these injections go directly into tight or knotted muscles to help them relax and stop causing discomfort.
A common treatment for back or leg pain, these injections deliver anti-inflammatory medicine into the space around your spinal nerves to reduce swelling and pressure.
These injections are used for joint pain, like in the knees, hips, or shoulders. They help calm inflammation in the joint or surrounding tissue (bursa) to ease pain and improve movement.
