When was your last heart health check-up? In partnership with the Cardiology Center of Amarillo, Hereford Regional Medical Center’s My Heart Health program offers monthly appointments with a cardiology specialist, including routine heart exams, lab work, EKGs, and more.

Our rehabilitation program includes inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and respiratory therapy. Whether you’re recovering from an illness, accident or injury, our team of therapists is here to get you back on your feet.

Through our Community Paramedicine Program, our EMS team is equipped to visit patients recently discharged from the hospital to support treatment plan compliance and follow-up needs as well as address any home safety and/or living condition issues that may impact care and outcomes.

Our radiology team provides the highest quality inpatient and outpatient radiology and imaging services to our patients utilizing the best technology in bone density, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, X-ray, CT scan, and MRI.

Hereford Regional Medical Center offers inpatient and outpatient care for acute and chronic wounds. We’re here to provide compassionate, state-of-the-art health care close to home. Our wound care specialists include a certified wound care nurse and trained OR nurse.

As part of the Deaf Smith County Hospital District, our EMS team oversees and manages a fleet of emergency response vehicles as well as highly trained first responders.
