I had a great experience at my recent appointment, especially with my provider, Sharleen Gammon. She was attentive, professional and took the time to listen to my concerns, which made me feel truly cared for and respected as a patient. I also want to highlight her nurse Lori Brisco, who was absolutely fantastic. She created a warm and welcoming environment and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. her kindness and professionalism really stood out and helped ease any nerves I had going in. Overall, the care I received was excellent and I truly appreciate the compassion and attention. Both Sharleen and Lori showed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive and attentive healthcare team.

I can’t say enough great things about Susan Cruz and her entire team. Cruz is truly exceptional, she takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients. You never feel rushed, and you always feel heard.

Her nurses are just as amazing!! I mean amazing! The best! They consistently go above and beyond to make every visit smooth and comfortable. They’re kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful, whether it’s answering questions or assisting with follow-ups.

It’s rare to find a healthcare team this dedicated and compassionate. I’m very grateful to be in their care and highly recommend Susan Cruz and her nurses to anyone looking for outstanding medical support.

The surgery dept was great!! Early morning was met with a warm smile and taken great care of by Amy. Dr Soliman was very considerate to travel to Hereford on a very cold icy morning for one patient. So thankful for Hereford Regional Medical Center.

I love having great healthcare close to home, it’s always nice to know who is treating you and that they are part of your community!
