December 10, 2024 (Hereford) – This month, Deaf Smith County Hospital District proudly recognizes its remarkable team of dedicated employees who have reached significant milestones in their years of service. 

This December, DSCHD celebrates the commitment, expertise, and passion of its tenured staff who continue to make it possible for the hospital, EMS, and clinic to provide high-quality care available for residents of Deaf Smith County. 

Their invaluable contributions are the foundation of the hospital’s growth, continued service to the community, and ability to deploy innovative programs and services, such as the award-winning community paramedicine program. 

DSCHD is honored to acknowledge 66 full-time employees with five or more years of service, including 35 who have served for ten or more years. HRMC also recognizes 85 team members across all roles — full-time and part-time — with five or more years of tenure, including 36 who have reached or exceeded ten years of dedication.  

The hospital is particularly pleased to recognize Martha Rincon, HRMC’s Dietary Manager, who has been an essential part of the HRMC team for an incredible 49 years. Martha’s unwavering dedication and care have touched countless lives, ensuring both patients and staff feel supported and valued. Her commitment truly embodies the heart and soul of what makes DSCHD special.
