Employee Spotlight: Juliana Mendoza

At Hereford Regional Medical Center, a clean and safe environment is not optional. It is essential. Juliana Mendoza plays a vital role in making that happen every day.

For the past year, Juliana has served in Environmental Services with a level of pride and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. Her work directly supports patient safety, infection prevention, and the overall experience of every person who walks through our doors.

Smith, MSN, RHCNOC, CCRN, RACR, CEO of Deaf Smith County Hospital District. “Her pride in her work, exceptional attention to detail, and positive attitude directly contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Juliana’s commitment to quality and consistency reflects the heart of our mission, and we are grateful for the difference she makes every day.”
