Employee Spotlight: Cathy Rincon, Nutrition Services

For the past two years, Cathy Rincon has brought a warm smile and a welcoming presence to Hereford Regional Medical Center. A valuable member of the Nutrition Services team, Cathy is being recognized as HRMC’s Outstanding Employee of the Month for her dedication to her work and the kindness she shows the people around her.

Cathy helps prepare and serve nutritious meals, bringing care and attention to the work that supports patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Her supervisor describes someone who takes pride in serving others and approaches each interaction with a smile and a genuine willingness to help.

Whether she is serving a meal or greeting a colleague, Cathy’s welcoming personality helps people feel comfortable and appreciated. Her colleagues value both the work she does and the energy she brings to the team.
