Innovating Rural Health Care from the Ground Up: Hereford Regional Medical Center’s Community Paramedicine Program

Learn how HRMC is using EMS in bold new ways to improve access, reduce hospital readmissions, and bring care home.

Hereford EMS and Hereford Regional Medical Center are proud to share the success of our Community Paramedicine program, now featured in Panhandle Magazine.

The program has helped reduce hospital readmissions from 55% to just over 3%, proving that innovative, community-based care works — especially in rural communities like ours.
