For 10 years, Mary Patterson has helped support that work as a member of the Medical Records team at Hereford Regional Medical Center.
Mary brings incredible attention to detail to a role dependent on accuracy, confidentiality, and trust. Her careful, dependable work helps ensure patient information is organized and available to authorized members of the care team, supporting safe and connected care throughout each patient’s experience.
Her colleagues know her as devoted, hardworking, and a joy to work with. Mary approaches each responsibility with consistency and care, strengthening the behind-the-scenes systems that help Hereford Regional Medical Center deliver high-quality healthcare close to home.
Mary’s commitment extends beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. She remains an active volunteer on Hereford Regional Medical Center’s blood committee, helping support efforts to secure lifesaving blood for patients and the broader community.
