Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency, the federal and state governments ask all of us to avoid travel, when possible, and to avoid gatherings of more than 10 people. To ensure Deaf Smith County residents can still get the health care they need, we are offering virtual, telehealth visits with our clinic. Virtual services will help providers at Hereford Health Clinic keep patients with mild symptoms in their homes while maintaining access to the care they need. Our ER remains open for medical emergencies.
Virtual Check-In Visit
If you are an ESTABLISHED patient at our clinic and have a minor, non-urgent primary care health care need, such as needing a medication refill, please schedule a Virtual Check-In Visit with us. This visit consists of a brief telephone conversation (5 minutes or less) with a medical provider. A Virtual Check In visit is not appropriate for anyone who is sick or experiencing symptoms of an acute illness. Call 806-364-7512 to schedule an appointment for a Virtual Check-In visit.
If you are a NEW or ESTABLISHED patient at our clinic and are experiencing mild symptoms of an acute illness, such as fever, cough, nausea, or headache, please schedule a Telehealth Visit with us. This visit consists of an interactive audio and video telecommunication between the physician or nurse practitioner at Hereford Health Clinic and the patient at home.
