Tara Curtis is a certified family nurse practitioner at the Hereford Health Clinic. Curtis became certified as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. Born in the Texas Panhandle, she graduated with her bachelor of science in nursing with honors from Texas Tech University in 2005 and became certified as a Registered Nurse. Curtis's nursing career is extensive with experience in pediatrics/pediatric intensive care, surgery-veterans health, and pediatric home health. In 2016, Curtis completed her master of science in nursing from West Texas A&M University. Curtis has a passion for working in rural health and has worked in rural health care in the panhandle for years. Tara is also a licensed volunteer EMT.
