Registered Nurses for Emergency Room and Med Surg/Registered Nurse 

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting.  Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.  Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.  Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.  Committed to excellence through the continuous improvement of the quality of service delivered.  Creates and maintains a culture to continuously improve patient and employee satisfaction.

Home Health Case Manager – Registered Nurse

A Registered Nurse who is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing and documenting care for a geographically assigned caseload of patients from day of admission through day of discharge.  Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the Case Manager RN develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with JCAHO, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines as well as Agency policies and procedures.  Committed to excellence through the continuous improvement of the quality of service delivered.  Creates and maintains a culture to continuously improve patient and employee satisfaction.

Emergency Department Manager

Job Summary:  Responsible for direction of patient care activities in the Emergency Department.  Manages staff in the Emergency Department, provides management of operational and nursing activities.  Consults with staff, physicians and the Nurse Executive on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
